2019 SUMMER ADULT CLINIC (Co-ed) - Thursday's @ 7:00 p.m.

Start Date: Thursday, August 1st

This form is to register and pay for a series of 6 Adult Clinics, starting Thursday, August 1st running through Thursday, September 5th. Each session is 1 hour in length. Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to start. No makeup dates will be available for missed classes.

If students have their own equipment they are encouraged to bring it with them, otherwise equipment will be provided.

Limit of 5 Students per clinic (5:1 ratio with Senior Instructor, Donna Norman)

Credit card numbers never pass through our servers. We send you to a payment gateway provider to enter your credit card number. After processing your credit card you are then sent back to our server and presented with a thank-you/order complete page.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site to maintain the contents of a shopping cart. Only the contents of the shopping cart are maintained, not your personal information. We do not recognize or track you personally when you come back to our website. We do recognize your web browser on an aggregate basis through a Google stats cookie for the purpose of knowing how many "unique" visitors have visited the website.
